Friend and Family Service is very popular service provided by NT in which you can call to 5 NTC numbers at low call tariff. FNF is available for GSM Post-paid/ GSM Prepaid/ SkyPhone Postpaid/ SkyPhone Prepaid. The call tariff is 70 paisa/min for GSM Pre-Paid and 55 paisa/min for GSM Post-Paid.
To Activate Friend and Family Service:
- To Subscribe: type < FNFSUB*No1 > send it to 1415
- To add new FNF member: type < FNFADD*No2 > send it to 1415 (repeat same for the next)
- Maximum allowed FNF members = 5
- To Modify FNF Member: type < FNFMOD*OLD No*New No > send it to 1415
- To Delete FNF Member: type < FNFDEL*No > send it to 1415
- To Inquiry FNF Member: type < FNFINQ > send it to 1415

I activated FNF service but when i called the added number, my balance was deducted as like before

Have you rechecked the numbers in your FNF list? (To Inquiry FNF Member: type < FNFINQ > send it to 1415). If there is number then you need to call customer care center to ask about this.
